Creation of easy-to-understand surveys and coordination of  distribution and tabulation of results.

 

Communication audits and creative analysis

A review of all materials that are sent out of your organization, from marketing materials to customer correspondence. Are they professional and easy to read? Are you using the appropriate medium for your message?  

 

Program development

Based on the strategic plan, research and communication analysis, a program is developed that encompasses your goals and budgets. Includes timelines and responsibilities.

 

Program management

If you need assistance in maintaining the program and its elements, I can help you. For example, the analysis may show that you need a quarterly newsletter about new service innovations in your organization. It is not cost-effective for you to write or design the newsletter, but it is cost-effective for me to do it for you.
